Cette rencontre \u00e9tait organis\u00e9e par le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019association Fabrice Prochasson (MOF 1996), Olivier Dard\u00e9 en charge de l\u2019antenne Bretagne, Eric Jegu pour celle de Normandie, et David Jaulin pour celle des Pays de la Loire. <br \/>Un d\u00eener de gala a par la suite pris place \u00e0 l\u2019Auberge, un h\u00f4tel restaurant du parc, avec une carte sign\u00e9e d\u2019Eric Prochasson. C\u2019est lors de cette soir\u00e9e que le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la restauration et des services au Grand Parc du Puy du Fou, Jean-Eric Guiho, a re\u00e7u la M\u00e9daille d\u2019Or de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie. Une m\u00e9daille d\u2019argent a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9e \u00e0 David Jaulin et deux de bronze \u00e0 Gr\u00e9gory Borkowski et \u00e0 J\u00e9r\u00f4me Goupilleau. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion d\u2019introniser deux nouveaux membres, \u00e0 savoir Joseph Le Norcy (chef et dirigeant de la conserverie Hu\u00eetres et Cuisine) et Richard Toix (chef du restaurant Passions et Gourmandises*\u00e0 Saint-Beno\u00eet).
