Si les trois premiers se rencontrent dans la brigade de Mauro Colagreco au Mirazur \u00e0 Menton en 2009, il faut attendre 2010 que Chiho Kanzaki r\u00e9alise un stage chez Alexandre Bourdas \u00e0 Honfleur pour que Sadayuki Yamanaka, alors son second, rejoigne le quatuor d\u2019amis. Pour cette premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience ensemble en cuisine, ils vont r\u00e9aliser un d\u00eener de 6 plats accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une s\u00e9lection de vins choisis en accord par la sommeli\u00e8re Paz Levinson (85\u20ac).
