Le 6 octobre 2016, tous les gourmands pourront d\u00e9couvrir les secrets de la chocolaterie st\u00e9phanoise. Un espace mettra \u00e0 l\u2019honneur les m\u00e9tiers et les savoir-faire de la fabrique fond\u00e9e en 1882 par Eug\u00e8ne Weiss (visite des ateliers, expositions, boutique\u2026). Christophe Roure, chef doublement \u00e9toil\u00e9 du restaurant Le Neuvi\u00e8me Art \u00e0 Lyon, aura en charge l\u2019espace restauration des Ateliers. <br \/><i>\u00ab Weiss est une marque que j\u2019ai toujours connu. En m\u2019installant dans la r\u00e9gion, je ne voyais pas comment ne pas travailler avec cette maison. Le cuisinier est l\u00e0 pour \u00eatre dans l\u2019excellence, mais pour cela il faut toujours un produit de base d\u2019excellence \u00bb<\/i>, a expliqu\u00e9 le chef Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2007. Ce dernier vient d\u2019ailleurs de d\u00e9voiler la carte qui sera propos\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture. <br \/>Les clients auront le choix entre un Saumon label rouge cuit \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, fum\u00e9 et marin\u00e9, servi avec une salade d\u2019hiver \u00e9pinard-fris\u00e9e, gaufrette aux algues et fromage local ; ou un Filet de caille marin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019eau de noix, raisins, radis noir et rose, gaufrette aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.
