Suite au succ\u00e8s remport\u00e9 en 2015, avec le sacre du chef irlandais Mark Moriaty, S.Pellegrino r\u00e9affirme son engagement aupr\u00e8s des jeunes chefs avec cette nouvelle comp\u00e9tition \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, impliquant pr\u00e8s de 100 grands chefs jur\u00e9s, 20 jeunes chefs finalistes, 20 chefs mentors et un jury de chefs de renom. <br \/>Le nouveau panel du juges \u2013 les Sept Sages \u2013 s\u00e9lectionneront le jeune chef le plus dou\u00e9 au monde. Les candidatures seront ouvertes \u00e0 tous les candidats de 30 ans tout au plus, disposant d\u2019au moins un an d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans la restauration en tant que chef, sous-chef ou chef de partie et ce, du 1er janvier au 31 mars 2016. <br \/>Tous seront r\u00e9partis en 20 r\u00e9gions, et \u00e9valu\u00e9s par le centre de formation de la cuisine italienne Alma qui s\u00e9lectionnera les 10 premiers finalistes de chaque r\u00e9gion en avril, dans le respect des 5 r\u00e8gles d\u2019or : ingr\u00e9dients, comp\u00e9tences, talent, esth\u00e9tique et \u00ab message \u00bb. <br \/>Ces 10 finalistes passeront ensuite en phase de finales locales entre le 1e mai et le 15 ao\u00fbt 2016. La nomination officielle des 20 meilleurs Young Chefs R\u00e9gionaux et leur attribution d\u2019un Chef Mentor (Yannick All\u00e9no pour la France, \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sident d\u2019honneur du jury de la finale France) seront effectu\u00e9es avant la fin ao\u00fbt. <br \/>Enfin, la finale se tiendra le 13 octobre 2016 \u00e0 Milan, sur deux jours, devant le jury international.<br \/>\n <i>Inscriptions et renseignements : www.FineDiningLovers.com <\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S.Pellegrino annonce le lancement du concours Young Chef 2016.
