Un homme avec lequel le chef a su entretenir de profonds liens d\u2019amiti\u00e9, et qui le lui rend bien : Arnaud Donckele propose en effet \u00e0 la carte de son restaurant une version revisit\u00e9e du plat signature de Jean-Louis Nomicos, le Macaroni aux truffes et foie gras.
