Pour l\u2019\u00e9tablir, les r\u00e9sultats de 200 guides gastronomiques internationaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compil\u00e9s, ainsi que des avis de sites participatifs (comptant pour 25% de la note finale), le tout contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par le cabinet d\u2019audit Deloitte. <br \/>Si le Japon dispose du plus grand nombre de restaurants avec 127 tables devant la France (116 tables) et les Etats-Unis (97), c\u2019est le chef franco-suisse du Restaurant de l\u2019H\u00f4tel de Ville \u00e0 Crissier (Suisse) Beno\u00eet Violier qui arrive en t\u00eate du palmar\u00e8s. <br \/>Les mille tables de \u00ab La Liste \u00bb seront d\u00e9voil\u00e9es le 17 d\u00e9cembre 2015 au Minist\u00e8re des Affaires Etrang\u00e8res en pr\u00e9sence de Laurent Fabius.<br \/>\n <i>Les 10 premiers \u00e9tablissements de \u00ab La Liste \u00bb : <\/i><br \/>\n 1.
