C\u2019est dans ce cadre convivial et gourmand que se tenait le 16\u00e8me Troph\u00e9e Pascal Caffet, r\u00e9compensant chaque ann\u00e9e les jeunes talents chocolatiers. <br \/>Cette ann\u00e9e, c\u2019est le jeune p\u00e2tissier de la Villa Florentine \u00e0 Lyon Yoann Laval qui a remport\u00e9 le 1er prix, avec sa pi\u00e8ce sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab LIP French Designer \u00bb.
