{"id":6303,"date":"2015-11-16T15:05:00","date_gmt":"2015-11-16T15:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cuisine-virtuelle.com\/wordpress\/?p=6303"},"modified":"2015-11-16T15:05:00","modified_gmt":"2015-11-16T15:05:00","slug":"jeremy-morin-ouvre-laparte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cuisine-virtuelle.com\/wordpress\/jeremy-morin-ouvre-laparte\/","title":{"rendered":"J\u00e9r\u00e9my Morin ouvre L\u2019Apart\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>C\u2019est aux portes de Toulouse, \u00e0 Montrab\u00e9, que l\u2019ancien chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 du M\u00e9tropolitain J\u00e9r\u00e9my Morin a ouvert son nouveau restaurant : L\u2019Apart\u00e9. <br \/>Situ\u00e9 dans l\u2019ancien restaurant Les Agapes, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019une cinquantaine de couverts \u2013 et 18 autres avec le salon priv\u00e9 \u2013 offre un cadre chic et chaleureux, avec sa b\u00e2tisse et ses murs en briques apparentes, ainsi qu\u2019avec sa d\u00e9corations aux d\u00e9licats tons de gris, moutarde et bois. <br \/>J\u00e9r\u00e9my Morin, ancien sous-chef au Meurice et chef de partie au Bristol et \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel Scribe \u00e0 ses d\u00e9but, commence une nouvelle aventure dans ce lieu o\u00f9 il donnera, comme auparavant au M\u00e9tropolitain, le meilleur de lui-m\u00eame via une cuisine \u00e0 la fois gourmande et cr\u00e9ative. Risotto \u00e0 la truffe blanche, Li\u00e8vre \u00e0 la Royale, Maki de foie gras et thon en gel\u00e9e aigre-douce, Barre glac\u00e9e chocolat ivoire et violette : telles sont quelques-unes des compositions du chef, qui semble plus inspir\u00e9 que jamais par ce nouveau restaurant. <br \/>Le midi, deux formules sont propos\u00e9es : l\u2019une \u00e0 29 euros (entr\u00e9e, plat, dessert) et l\u2019autre, \u00e0 36 euros (entr\u00e9e, plat, dessert, verre de vin et caf\u00e9). Quant au soir, J\u00e9r\u00e9my Morin offre \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation des menus Gourmand (4 plats \u00e0 46 euros) et D\u00e9couverte (5 plats \u00e0 66 euros).
