{"id":6290,"date":"2015-11-23T14:16:00","date_gmt":"2015-11-23T14:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cuisine-virtuelle.com\/wordpress\/?p=6290"},"modified":"2015-11-23T14:16:00","modified_gmt":"2015-11-23T14:16:00","slug":"regis-marcon-et-philippe-vetele-sinvestissent-au-congres-national-de-lanephot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cuisine-virtuelle.com\/wordpress\/regis-marcon-et-philippe-vetele-sinvestissent-au-congres-national-de-lanephot\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9gis Marcon et Philippe V\u00e9tel\u00e9 s\u2019investissent au Congr\u00e8s National de l\u2019ANEPHOT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les 26 et 27 novembre 2015 se tiendra au lyc\u00e9e H\u00f4telier Sainte-Anne de Saint-Nazaire le 31\u00e8me Congr\u00e8s National de l\u2019ANEPHOT, association nationale des \u00e9coles priv\u00e9es d\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et de tourisme. <br \/>Plus de 100 personnes se retrouveront afin d\u2019\u00e9changer sur de nombreux th\u00e8mes, comme<\/p>\n<p>les pratiques et r\u00e9formes de l\u2019Education du Minist\u00e8re, notamment en lien avec la COP 21 sur \u00ab L\u2019alimentation de demain, \u00e9volutions et innovations, enjeux, \u00e9thique et \u00e9co-responsabilit\u00e9 \u00bb et \u00ab Le tourisme de bien-\u00eatre, cuisine et soins naturels \u00bb. <br \/>Des chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s tels que R\u00e9gis Marcon et Philippe V\u00e9tel\u00e9 seront \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sents afin d\u2019aborder des sujets comme le d\u00e9veloppement durable, les circuits courts, la production locale et la consommation du v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d\u2019un producteur local, d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs et d\u2019entreprises qui appliquent une politique de d\u00e9veloppement durable.
