Un d\u00eener d\u2019exception se tiendra en effet le 29 novembre au soir, pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise de D\u00e9coration de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie Culinaire de France \u00e0 Monsieur Paul Bocuse. <br \/>Le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019association, Fabrice Prochasson, a \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 au pr\u00e9sident des Toques Blanches Lyonnaises Christophe Marguin d\u2019orchestrer le d\u00e9jeuner de Chasse du 30 novembre \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel Marriott Lyon, coordonnant le travail de Christophe Roure, Mathieu Viannay, Joseph Viola, Philippe Bernachon et Laurent Brun \u2013 chef du Marriott Lyon.
