L\u2019esprit lu lieu n\u2019a pas chang\u00e9, ni m\u00eame l\u2019envie de cuisiner de bons produits de saison. <br \/>Florian Poyet, qui vient notamment d\u2019obtenir le titre de Ma\u00eetre Restaurateur, place en effet le produit au c\u0153ur de sa cuisine, en le dressant de mani\u00e8re moderne et soign\u00e9e.
