Le Coll\u00e8ge Culinaire de France a de nouveau s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 le meilleur des produits du terroir pour l\u2019occasion, produits \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir tout au long du march\u00e9 gourmand anim\u00e9 par les producteurs et artisans pr\u00e9sents aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de 18 chefs. Il s\u2019agit de militants du go\u00fbt qui, tous, ont re\u00e7u l\u2019appellation \u00ab Producteur Artisan de Qualit\u00e9 \u00bb, r\u00e9compense cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2014 par les 15 grands chefs fondateurs du Coll\u00e8ge Culinaire de France. <br \/>En \u00e9troite collaboration avec les chefs, ils seront donc une vingtaine des 250 Producteurs Artisans de Qualit\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter leur travail aux manifestants lors de d\u00e9gustations et d\u2019\u00e9changes conviviaux. <br \/>\u00ab <i>Mettre en valeur le patrimoine culinaire artisanal face \u00e0 l\u2019industrialisation de la restauration et la standardisation des go\u00fbts, telle est la vocation des Producteurs Artisans de Qualit\u00e9, qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 250 \u00e0 avoir adh\u00e9r\u00e9 au Coll\u00e8ge Culinaire de France<\/i> \u00bb, d\u00e9clarait Alain Ducasse. \u00ab <i>Entre d\u00e9fense des traditions culinaires r\u00e9gionales et soutien \u00e0 toutes les innovations gourmandes, leur pr\u00e9sence sur Taste of Paris vient t\u00e9moigner de leur contribution quotidienne \u00e0 positionner la France comme territoire d\u2019excellence de la gastronomie et de l\u2019art de vivre<\/i> \u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Du 11 au 14 f\u00e9vrier 2016 se tiendra au Grand Palais \u00e0 Paris la seconde \u00e9dition de Taste Of Paris.
