Ce salon de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie, de la restauration et des m\u00e9tiers de bouche organis\u00e9 par Congr\u00e8s et Expositions de Bordeaux et pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par le chef doublement \u00e9toil\u00e9 Philippe Etchebest, ac<\/p>\n<p>cueillera 20 000 professionnels, 80 chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s et toqu\u00e9s ainsi que plusieurs MOF (notamment au Restaurant \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re des Grandes Toques) sur 18 000 m2.<br \/>V\u00e9ritable carrefour d\u2019\u00e9changes et de rencontres du Sud-Ouest de la France et du Nord de l\u2019Espagne pour les secteurs Caf\u00e9 H\u00f4tellerie Restauration Collectivit\u00e9s et M\u00e9tiers de Bouche, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement accueillant 250 exposants disposera de trois p\u00f4les principaux : Alimentation et Boissons ; Agencement et Arts de la Table ; Equipements et Services. La Boulangerie et le Snacking feront quant \u00e0 eux leur entr\u00e9e lors de cette nouvelle \u00e9dition du salon, nouvelle \u00e9dition durant laquelle l\u2019Espagne sera mise \u00e0 l\u2019honneur lors d\u2019une journ\u00e9e d\u00e9di\u00e9e le 25 novembre, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 travers le \u00ab Village Espagne \u00bb mis en place. <br \/>C\u00f4t\u00e9 concours, Exp\u2019H\u00f4tel ne sera pas en reste : Troph\u00e9e Philippe Etchebest, Troph\u00e9e Pierre Mirgalet Criollo, Concours de Sommellerie Michel Rolland, Concours Service en Salle\u2026. Mais \u00e9galement de nouveaux d\u00e9fis pour les charcutiers traiteurs, les bouchers, les boulangers p\u00e2tissiers ou encore les \u00e9caillers. <br \/>Echanges et d\u00e9bats sur l\u2019avenir de la profession se tiendront \u00e9galement au \u00ab Grand Plateau \u00bb sur les th\u00e8mes : \u00ab La collaboration interprofessionnelle.
