Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en Corse par Bernard Bach lorsqu\u2019il officiait au Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re, ce rendez-vous a pour objectif de faire d\u00e9couvrir \u00e0 la client\u00e8le de Pujaudran une r\u00e9gion gastronomique \u00e0 travers un menu concoct\u00e9 par un grand chef renomm\u00e9. <br \/>Apr\u00e8s Jacques et Laurent Pourcel (qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la 1\u00e8re \u00e9dition), \u00c9ric Pras, R\u00e9gis Marcon, Gilles Goujon, Michel Portos, Christophe Bacqui\u00e9 ou encore Alexandre Bourdas, c\u2019est le jeune chef Nelson Da Silva, du Restaurant des Voisins, qui aura carte blanche. <br \/>\u00ab <i>Je l\u2019ai rencontr\u00e9 lors de la Finale Talents Gourmands 2015 et je confirme qu\u2019il a beaucoup de talent. Il est notamment pass\u00e9 par le Relais Bernard Loiseau<\/i> \u00bb, souligne Bernard Bach. <br \/> Les deux chefs r\u00e9aliseront le menu \u00e0 quatre mains avant de laisser la brigade du Puits Saint Jacques \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation. Il sera propos\u00e9 d\u00e8s le 14 octobre et restera \u00e0 la carte durant trois semaines. Le mois suivant, les D\u00e9cades Gastronomiques se prolongeront avec un autre chef de talent : Olivier Nasti. Des plaisirs gourmands en perspective !
