Une nomination r\u00e9alis\u00e9e 5 ans apr\u00e8s la rencontre entre Pierrick Berthier et le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Ch\u00e2teau Alexandre Durand-Viel. <br \/>Avec son chef adjoint Kevin Altier et son chef p\u00e2tissier Thomas Civalleri, Pierrick Berthier insuffle une nouvelle dynamique au restaurant, \u00e0 travers l\u2019utilisation de produits frais et de saison, en faisant la part belle aux mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de la r\u00e9gion.
