Un grand march\u00e9 mettant \u00e0 l\u2019honneur les productions des plus beaux mara\u00eech<\/p>\n<p>ers de France, affirmant la diversit\u00e9 des produits fran\u00e7ais et la richesse du terroir. <br \/>10 chefs Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux seront ainsi pr\u00e9sents place Lino Ventura, \u00e0 l\u2019angle de l\u2019avenue de Trudaine et de la rue des Martyrs, parmi lesquels on retrouvera Olivier Roellinger (Les Maisons de Bricourt, Cancale), Philippe Mille (Domaine Les Cray\u00e8res, Reims), Julien Dumas (Lucas Carton, Paris), Patrick Henriroux (La Pyramide, Vienne), Michel Kayser (Restaurant Alexandre, Garons), Philippe V\u00e9t\u00e9l\u00e9 (Anne de Bretagne, La Plaine sur Mer) ou C\u00e9dric B\u00e9chade (Hostellerie de Plaisance, Saint-Emilion). <br \/>Au programme de cette journ\u00e9e : d\u00e9couverte de l\u00e9gumes inconnus, ateliers de d\u00e9coupe, d\u00e9gustations pour petits et grands et pr\u00e9paration de recettes \u00e0 la fois simples et savoureuses.
