Il s\u2019agit de son 1er investissement en France, et du 1er \u00e9tablisse<\/p>\n<p>ment des Grandes Etapes Fran\u00e7aises \u00e0 \u00eatre vendu et \u00e0 se s\u00e9parer de l\u2019entit\u00e9. <br \/>\u00ab <i>Nous devrions passer d\u2019une soixantaine de chambres \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 150 <\/i>\u00bb explique Romain Grasso, chef de la restauration du lieu. \u00ab <i>Un espace bien-\u00eatre devrait \u00e9galement voir le jour, avec un spa. Et une toute nouvelle cuisine devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e <\/i>\u00bb. <br \/>Les r\u00e9novations et l\u2019agrandissement du Ch\u00e2teau d\u2019Esclimont devraient commencer \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016, avec une enveloppe de 20 millions d\u2019euros. \u00ab <i>A priori, il ne devrait pas y avoir de fermeture<\/i> \u00bb continue Romain Grasso \u00bb. \u00ab <i>Ou alors sur une tr\u00e8s courte p\u00e9riode<\/i> \u00bb. <br \/>La cuisine, qui occupe actuellement l\u2019une des ailes du Ch\u00e2teau, devrait \u00eatre d\u00e9localis\u00e9e et \u00eatre install\u00e9e en souterrain.
