Un hommage particulier a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu \u00e0 Jean-Pierre Haeberlin, disparu en 2014, membre fondateur de la section Alsace en<\/p>\n<p>1955, pr\u00e9sident du club jusqu\u2019en 2013, \u00e9lev\u00e9 membre d\u2019honneur du Club Prosper Montagn\u00e9 national en 2011 \u00e0 l\u2019instar de Paul Bocuse, Pierre Troisgros, Jo\u00ebl Robuchon et Jacques Sylvestre. <br \/>C\u2019est en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019Andr\u00e9 Fournet, pr\u00e9sident International du Club Prosper Montagn\u00e9 que 7 nouveaux membres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 intronis\u00e9s :Douce STEINER (restaurant Hirschen de Sulzbourg, pr\u00e8s de Freiburg en Brisgau), Fritz KELLER (Restaurant Franz Keller Schwarzer Adler), Jean-Christophe Karleskind (chef \u00e9v\u00e9nementiel et traiteur \u00e0 Erstein), Laurine et Romain Gutleben (Restaurant la Vieille Forge \u00e0 Kaysersberg), Etienne-Arnaud DOPFF (Maison Dopff au Moulin \u00e0 Riquewihr) et Pascal Schultz (magistrat honoraire, grand \u00e9picurien et prochain Grand Ma\u00eetre de la Confr\u00e9rie Saint-Etienne en 2017). <br \/>Andr\u00e9 Fournet a donn\u00e9 rendez-vous le 16 novembre 2015, place Vend\u00f4me \u00e0 Paris pour les 150 ans de Prosper Montagn\u00e9 (1865-1948), et pour d\u00e9couvrir le nouveau livre \u00e9dit\u00e9 \u00e0 cette occasion.
