Pour les 40 ans du guide Gault & Millau \u00e9tait organis\u00e9 un petit march\u00e9 rassemblant les chefs et leurs producteurs, mettant ainsi les produits r\u00e9gionaux \u00e0 l\u2019honneur (volailles, viandes charolaises, vins, fraises) au Village des Producteurs. <br \/>Des d\u00e9monstrations culinaires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole R\u00e9gis et Jacques Marcon \u00e9taient notamment organis\u00e9es \u2013 \u00e9cole qui accueillait \u00e9galement un superbe d\u00e9jeuner pour l\u2019occasion en compagnie de Michel Troisgros.
