A l\u2019heure qu\u2019il est, les 45 repr\u00e9sentants de la France effectuent leurs derniers stages de pr\u00e9paration technique aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de professionnels et d\u2019experts. <br \/>Du 22 au 26 juin, c\u2019est \u00e0 Dunkerque au CEFRAL que se tiendra le stage technique Cuisine, lors duquel la chef \u00e9toil\u00e9e Ghislaine Arabian se rendra afin de conseiller et soutenir la jeune Caroline Li\u00e9nart, candidate fran\u00e7aise en lice dans le m\u00e9tier Cuisine. <br \/>Les deux femmes composeront ensemble un menu et \u00e9changeront des astuces pour se perfectionner.
