La f\u00e9minit\u00e9 y est particuli\u00e8rement mise \u00e0 l\u2019honneur, via la r\u00e9alisation de trois assiettes pour le bar inspir\u00e9es des cr\u00e9ations de femmes de renom dans la gastronomie. <br \/>On retrouve en effet le Supr\u00eame de volaille demi-deuil en hommage \u00e0 la M\u00e8re Brazier, farci truffe noire et l\u00e9gumes au bouillon ; l\u2019Assiette de fromage frais en habits de chez Marie Quatrehomme \u2013 Mof, et la Tarte des s\u0153urs Tatin, cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e et glace vanille. <br \/>Les vins accompagnant la carte mettent \u00e9galement les femmes \u00e0 l\u2019honneur (Vitalie Tattinger, Caroline Frey, Sophie Cinier et Aur\u00e9lie Bertin) depuis une s\u00e9lection sign\u00e9e Mica\u00ebl Morais, chef sommelier du Saint James.
