Nouveaux crit\u00e8res et nouvelles \u00e9preuves : cette \u00e9dition du Bocuse d\u2019Or France s\u2019annonce riche en nouveaut\u00e9s. <br \/>Si les 8 candidats devront en effet r\u00e9aliser une \u00e9preuve viande \u00e0 base de pigeon et une entr\u00e9e libre sur assiette \u00e0 base de maquereau, ils devront \u00e9galement effectuer un entretien individuel face aux membres du Comit\u00e9 National d\u2019Organisation, entretien qui comptera pour 10% de la note. <br \/>D\u2019autre part, le laur\u00e9at disposera de 8 mois pour mettre au point sa recette pour le Bocuse d\u2019Or Europe, et de 18 mois pour se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la finale mondiale. D\u00e8s sa s\u00e9lection, il sera accompagn\u00e9 par la Team France Bocuse d\u2019Or, et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera du r\u00e9seau et des conseils des anciens gagnants du concours, ainsi que d\u2019un soutien \u00e0 la fois financier, moral et logistique pour se pr\u00e9parer dans des conditions optimales. <br \/>\u00ab <i>Le Bocuse d\u2019Or France s\u2019annonce de grande qualit\u00e9<\/i> \u00bb explique R\u00e9gis Marcon, pr\u00e9sident du Comit\u00e9 National d\u2019organisation du concours. \u00ab <i>Il y a eu un bel engouement de la part des jeunes chefs fran\u00e7ais. La s\u00e9lection, rigoureuse, a attir\u00e9 un nombre de candidatures record.
