Au travers d\u2019un menu d\u2019exception, Gilles Goujon mettait \u00e0 l\u2019honneur des produits tels que le couteau, la moule, le homard bleu, la langoustine, l\u2019hu\u00eetre Tarbouriech ou encore la morille Jumbo, le ris de veau, le citron de Menton ou le Kumquat, pour des cr\u00e9ations \u00e0 la fois g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses et cr\u00e9atives. <br \/>Metro lance \u00e9galement la 18\u00e8me \u00e9dition de son guide Premium, d\u00e9voilant des produits rares et de grande qualit\u00e9. Les professionnels y trouveront de quoi cr\u00e9er des cartes d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 gourmandes et ensoleill\u00e9es, gr\u00e2ce aux experts Metro qui sont all\u00e9s puiser au c\u0153ur du terroir fran\u00e7ais de v\u00e9ritables merveilles (thon rouge de M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, panach\u00e9 color\u00e9 de 5 framboises de Vend\u00e9e\u2026). <br \/>Le guide pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement des saveurs uniques d\u00e9couvertes au del\u00e0 de nos fronti\u00e8res, comme le caviar v\u00e9g\u00e9tal japonais Umi Budo, ou encore le cresson Hippo Tops d\u2019Himalaya.
