Le traitement des \u00ab\u00a0<b><strong>actions pr\u00e9ventives<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0\u00bb devient une analyse des \u00ab\u00a0<b><strong>risques et opportunit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>Une des m\u00e9thodes simples, <\/strong><\/b>que nous proposons \u00e0 nos clients, <b><strong>pour analyser les \u00ab\u00a0risques et opportunit\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong><\/b>des processus est le <b><strong>SWOT<\/strong><\/b>. Lors des premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances de formation, la prononciation de l\u2019acronyme anglais \u00ab\u00a0SWOT\u00a0\u00bb a rappel\u00e9 \u00e0 certains stagiaires un tube des ann\u00e9es 80\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<i><em>He said capitain\u00a0! I said WOT\u00a0?<\/em><\/i>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode <b><strong>SWOT<\/strong><\/b> commence par <b><strong>lister<\/strong><\/b>, pour chaque processus\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ses FORCES (<b><strong><u>S<\/u><\/strong><\/b>trengths),<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ses FAIBLESSES (<b><strong><u>W<\/u><\/strong><\/b>eaknesses),<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ses OPPORTUNITES (<b><strong><u>O<\/u><\/strong><\/b>pportunities) et<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ses MENACES (<b><strong><u>T<\/u><\/strong><\/b>hreats) <b><strong>internes\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>et<b><strong> externes<\/strong><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est un excellent travail de groupe qui plait aux<b><strong> pilotes des processus.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><strong>Les actions <\/strong><\/b>mises en \u0153uvre relatives aux<b><strong> risques et opportunit\u00e9s <\/strong><\/b>doivent \u00eatre proportionnelles<b><strong> \u00e0 l\u2019impact potentiel sur la conformit\u00e9 des produits et des services <\/strong><\/b><i><em>(c\u2019est en fait l\u2019ancienne exigence \u00ab\u00a0actions pr\u00e9ventives\u00a0\u00bb formul\u00e9e diff\u00e9remment)<\/em><\/i>.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>La direction <\/strong><\/b>appr\u00e9cie les comptes rendus des <b><strong>SWOT<\/strong><\/b>. La compilation des travaux d\u2019analyse de tous les processus permet \u00e0 la direction de l\u2019organisme d\u2019<b><strong>\u00e9largir sa vision strat\u00e9gique<\/strong><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce travail n\u2019est en fait jamais achev\u00e9 car l\u2019analyse est \u00e0 <b><strong>mettre \u00e0 jour p\u00e9riodiquement<\/strong><\/b>.
