Organis\u00e9 par le Groupe Lyonnais JOA (3\u00e8me op\u00e9rateur de casinos et de loisirs en France) avec l\u2019appui de l\u2019Institut Paul Bocuse, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement mettait en comp\u00e9tition 7 jeunes issus des \u00e9quipes de cuisine des 23 restaurants des casinos JOA.
