En effet, de nouveaux espaces de restauration, un nouveau salon et quelques nouveaut\u00e9s \u00e0 retrouver au sein m\u00eame de l\u2019h\u00f4tel seront prochainement \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir. <br \/>C\u00f4t\u00e9 cuisines, Enodis a \u00e9t\u00e9 un important partenaire dans la fourniture du mat\u00e9riel. Fourneau, four, cellule de refroidissement, marmite et machine \u00e0 gla\u00e7ons de la marque tr\u00f4nent d\u00e9sormais au c\u0153ur de la nouvelle cuisine des deux fr\u00e8res. <br \/>\u00ab <i>Nous avons pris beaucoup de recul apr\u00e8s l\u2019incendie<\/i> \u00bb explique Xabi Ibarboure. \u00ab <i>Et nous avons \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s vite pris des d\u00e9cisions. C\u2019\u00e9tait un gros challenge de tout recommencer. Mais en famille, on s\u2019est remobilis\u00e9s, et tous soud\u00e9s, on s\u2019y est remis.
