Le 5 juin prochain en effet, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement am\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans les fortifications du village surplombant le Luberon et les Alpilles d\u00e9voilera son nouveau visage. D\u00e9but juillet, ce sera le restaurant gastronomique P\u00e8ir (Pierre en Proven\u00e7al) qui ouvrira ses portes. <br \/>\u00ab <i>Il s\u2019agit de cr\u00e9er un lieu d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion, une version Gagnaire proven\u00e7al, rendant hommage \u00e0 la cuisine et aux produits de cette belle r\u00e9gion \u2013 poissons de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, fruits, l\u00e9gumes \u2013 avec notamment une superbe s\u00e9lection de vins de la Vall\u00e9e du Rh\u00f4ne, que j\u2019adore<\/i> \u00bb explique Pierre Gagnaire. <br \/>L\u2019ouverture du restaurant de 35 couverts sera suivie par le chef et MOF Michel Nave, bras droit de Pierre Gagnaire qui travaille avec ce dernier depuis 1983. <br \/>La carte proposera ainsi, entre autres cr\u00e9ations : Artichauts poivrades crus et bavaroise de poivron rouge \u00e0 la menthe, rougette de Montpellier, chapons d\u2019ail ; Press\u00e9 d\u2019aubergine Rognonas ; Eau de past\u00e8que au Campari, lamelles de melon semi confit au poivre noir de Sarawak ; Sorbet de lait de brebis, m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne de l\u00e9gumes, ou encore Petit homard bleu poch\u00e9 au moment \u2013 aiguillettes \u00e0 la nacre, quartiers de p\u00eache blanche au ginseng ; Bisque Dodo, morceaux modestes ; Riz sauvage de Camargue, r\u00e2p\u00e9e de poutargue. <br \/>Des plats ensoleill\u00e9s, dignes de leur nouvel \u00e9crin on ne peut plus \u00e9l\u00e9gant et raffin\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Bastide de Gordes H\u00f4tel &#038; Spa***** (Gordes) rouvrira prochainement ses portes apr\u00e8s 8 mois de travaux.
