Chapoutier. <br \/>Organis\u00e9 avec Metro Cash & Cary France et sous le Haut Patronage du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Education Nationale, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement tendait cette ann\u00e9e encore \u00e0 redonner ses lettres de noblesse au m\u00e9tier de sommelier. <br \/>A la fois tremplin et r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de choix pour l\u2019entr\u00e9e des laur\u00e9ats dans le monde du travail, ce prestigieux concours ultra s\u00e9lectif est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves sommeliers suivant leur scolarit\u00e9 au sein de lyc\u00e9es h\u00f4teliers ou CFA fran\u00e7ais. <br \/>Pas moins de 31 \u00e9tablissements participaient en 2015, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par un seul candidat. Parrain\u00e9 par Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Engerer, GD d\u2019Art\u00e9mis Domaines (regroupant les vignobles de la famille Pinault), l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement se d\u00e9roulait sur deux jours.<br \/> C\u2019est finalement Jordane Breyton du Lyce\u0301e H\u00f4telier Saint Joseph L\u2019amandier a\u0300 Saint Yriex sur Charente qui a remporte\u0301 le Grand Prix M. Chapoutier \u2013 Metro Cash & Carry France. Elle remporte, entre autres lots, un s\u00e9jour dans les vignobles australiens de M.
