En France, c\u2019est l\u2019Anses qui est charg\u00e9e de r\u00e9aliser une \u00e9valuation scientifique des dossiers de demande d\u2019autorisation de mise sur le march\u00e9 des produits de traitement des cultures. La d\u00e9cision d\u2019autoriser ou non ces produits appartient ensuite au minist\u00e8re charg\u00e9 de l\u2019Agriculture. Tous les avis rendus par l\u2019Anses, ainsi que l\u2019ensemble de ses travaux, sont syst\u00e9matiquement rendus publics et sont consultables via son site Internet. De m\u00eame l\u2019Agence publie \u00e9galement les d\u00e9cisions rendues par le Minist\u00e8re en charge de l\u2019Agriculture. <\/p>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, l\u2019Anses examine pr\u00e8s de 2000 dossiers au total, dont plus de 300 concernent une demande d\u2019autorisation de mise sur le march\u00e9 d\u2019un nouveau produit ou son renouvellement apr\u00e8s r\u00e9examen, pour 10 ans. Sur la base des donn\u00e9es 2010, les \u00e9valuations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es conduisent \u00e0 un avis d\u00e9favorable dans un quart des cas. Par ailleurs, les avis favorables sont tr\u00e8s majoritairement assortis de restrictions d\u2019usage par rapport \u00e0 la demande initiale du p\u00e9titionnaire.
