R\u00e9ponse les 20 et 21 septembre prochains lors de l\u2019\u00e9preuve nationale qui se d\u00e9roulera \u00e0 la Maison de la Mutualit\u00e9, \u00e0 Paris. En attendant, les inscriptions sont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 ouvertes et des nouveaut\u00e9s sont au programme. Premier changement : l\u2019avancement de six mois de cette s\u00e9lection nationale afin de permettre au laur\u00e9at de disposer de 8 mois pour travailler sa recette qu\u2019il pr\u00e9sentera lors du Bocuse d\u2019Or Europe, et de 18 mois pour se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la finale mondiale. Cet entra\u00eenement se fera avec le soutien ind\u00e9fectible de la Team France compos\u00e9e de plus de quinze chefs et anciens laur\u00e9ats du concours. <br \/>Le processus du concours a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 simplifi\u00e9 afin de permettre \u00e0 tous les chefs fran\u00e7ais de tenter leur chance. Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9preuve \u00ab viande \u00bb, qui sera servie chaude avec trois garnitures impos\u00e9es, sera servie sur un plateau d\u00e9sormais fourni par l\u2019organisation afin de limiter les frais des candidats. <br \/>Comment s\u2019inscrire ? <br \/>Les chefs fran\u00e7ais professionnels \u00e2g\u00e9s de 22 ans ou plus souhaitant participer au Bocuse d\u2019Or France doivent adresser leur candidature avant le 25 mai.
